In September last year ITV reported on the worrying number of people with learning disabilities who are missing out on cancer diagnosis. This programme has since followed the story of one woman, Angela Tee, who died from breast cancer not long after they filmed with her. Angela’s life, and death, shows why people like her are falling through the gaps.
