If you need to call us, please be aware that our phone line works on a voicemail system. We check our website referrals, emails and voicemail daily, but we can only return calls which have left a message, so please leave your name, number and details of your query and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that we are the Information, Advice and Support Service for residents of Derby City only. As processes vary between different Local Authorities, we will not be able to offer support if you live elsewhere. Any information that you give to Derby SEND Information, Advice and Support Service will not be passed on to any other organisations, including Local Authorities and schools, unless we have your consent to do so.
