People with disabilities and mobility issues find themselves trapped in Kyiv

Yulia Klepets 82-year-old mum who cannot walk unaided lives with her and her older daughter, Aryna, 25 has autism. Yulia says that families of people with disabilities are finding themselves trapped in Kyiv.
