The Department for Education has announced they won’t extend the temporary change in the law for EHC Plans in England beyond 31st July 2020. Contact welcomes the announcement as an important step in enabling disabled children to return to school at the same time as their peers in September. And crucially will help reassure parents in advance of the new school year.
