The parent company of some of London’s biggest attractions is under fire after claims it no longer supports people with hidden disabilities by no longer offering a queue pass. All of its attractions use a Ride Access Pass (RAP), which is offered to guests who find it difficult to stand or cannot do so for long periods of time either due to a physical disability or a learning or emotional impairment.

A growing “unsung army” of 1 million people with full-time caring responsibilities needs better support, according to a report that found one in three unpaid carers from poorer backgrounds were unable to work because of their duties.
