It has been described as a ‘landmark’ exhibition, Nothing About Us Without Us which has just opened at the People’s History Museum in Manchester explores how disabled people’s rights have been fought for over centuries and the activism that has led this march forward. Not only does the exhibition look at the past and the barriers that have faced disabled people and their campaigns to overcome them, but also looks to the present and the future in which the fight is ongoing.
