SEND barrister, Steve Broach, will set out the key legal duties in these areas for children and young people respectively and will focus on how these duties have been altered by the Coronavirus Act 2020 and other legal responses to the current pandemic. The Seashell Trust are offering two FREE sessions, one focusing on children aged 0-17 years and one focusing on young adults aged 18-25 years.
