If you are a registered carer in Derby you may be invited you take part in the national 2021-22 survey of Adult Carers in England. The survey is being carried out by the independent research organisation, Public Perspectives, on behalf of Derby City Council and NHS Digital. The survey of adult carers in England will be sent out from Friday 1 October to a sample of carers throughout the city and will need to be returned by Tuesday 30 November 2021.
