The Department for Education (DfE) has published a best practice framework for children’s care social practice systems in England. The framework, which is based on an evaluation of the Children’s social care innovation programme, is for the children’s social care sector, social workers, and local authorities. It sets out the seven key features shared by successful projects, including using a clear, strengths-based practice framework and having a whole family focus. It also identifies the outcomes and enablers associated with these features.
